Welcome Construction S.A. has been building homes on Roatan since 1999. Ben Welcome is a Licensed Builder in the Municipalities of Roatan, (Roatan and Santos Guardiola) with many personal references from past clients. We are experienced in both Concrete and Lumber construction. A bid from us includes the complete tested Plumbing work necessary for your home.

All the work is supervised with a full time, on-site foreman and daily overseeing of the Project personally by Ben Welcome until the entire job completes.

We provide a construction schedule for each phase of completion, (dependant on material availability and weather conditions) prior to the beginning of construction. We coordinate planning and construction with the Electrician of your choice.

Welcome Construction will only accept a maximum of 2-3 houses to build during the same timeframe, because we want each home to be a quality project.

Our clients will provide complete detailed construction drawings and if a dock is to be constructed the client will provide those permits. Construction permits for the house construction, will be obtained by Ben Welcome.

The construction quality and workmanship is guaranteed by 10% of the total cost of the contracted work to be retained by the client for 90 days following acceptance of the building. Welcome Construction has built 20 houses on Roatan as of 2006 with 100% satisfied customers.
